Research Associate

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Research Associate to join research team. The ideal candidate will contribute to cutting-edge projects involving machine learning, deep learning, and data-driven innovation. This role involves designing experiments, developing models, analyzing data, and publishing impactful research.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct applied and theoretical research in AI/ML domains such as NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and generative models.

Design and implement machine learning algorithms and pipelines using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into deployable solutions.

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support model development and validation.

Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.

Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Support senior researchers in grant writing, proposal development, and project planning.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics from top 20 collage, or related field.

Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and data analysis.

Proficiency in C/C++, Python or R; experience with ML libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Familiarity with research methodology and academic writing.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment
