Research Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Science or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Good command of English (written and spoken) and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken)

• Willingness to work in a laboratory environment.
• Willingness to travel between research stations within Klang Valley and Singapore.
• Possess own transport.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize and validate analytical methods, primarily HPLC for oral solid dosage forms.in accordance with ICH and pharmacopoeial requirements.
• Execute analysis (including HPLC analysis) for finished products during method development and verification.
• Compile, review, and maintain method development data, validation protocols, and verification reports.
• Support method transfer activities from R&D to QC or between laboratories, where applicable.
• Top of FormConduct and/or support formulation development and process development for oral solid pharmaceutical dosage forms.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Hands-on exposure to HPLC during undergraduate lab work, final-year project, or internship.
• Basic knowledge of pharmacopoeia methods (BP/USP/Ph. Eur.), and QC documentation practices.
• Good computer literacy.
• Careful, detail-oriented, and systematic in laboratory work.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven development environment.
