Job Overview

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Reservation Agent to join our customer support team in George Town, Penang. In this role, you will assist customers with accommodation reservations, booking inquiries, and general travel-related support through phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to accommodation reservations and booking services.
  • Assist customers with new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general reservation requests.
  • Provide accurate information regarding listings, availability, pricing, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow company procedures and service standards to ensure quality support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to resolve complex cases.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reservation, or contact center is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
  • Willing to work onsite in George Town, Penang.
  • Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
