We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Reservation Agent to join our customer support team in George Town, Penang. In this role, you will assist customers with accommodation reservations, booking inquiries, and general travel-related support through phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to accommodation reservations and booking services.
- Assist customers with new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general reservation requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding listings, availability, pricing, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow company procedures and service standards to ensure quality support.
- Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to resolve complex cases.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reservation, or contact center is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Willing to work onsite in George Town, Penang.
- Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
