About the Technology Search Residency

The Tech Search Residency is a six-month immersive programme designed for ambitious graduates who want early exposure to commercial decision-making, high-value hiring, and real market dynamics.

You will:

  • Work alongside experienced Technology recruiters on live client mandates
  • Support search strategies across software engineering, data, projects, cloud, infra cybersecurity and digital leadership roles
  • Learn how to map markets, identify top talent and influence hiring decisions
  • Conduct candidate outreach and screening conversations
  • Attend client briefings and internal strategy discussions
  • Rotate across desks to understand different tech verticals
  • Be mentored directly by high-performing managers
  • Expect pace. Expect accountability. Expect high standards.

This programme is designed to accelerate those who are competitive, disciplined and ready to work hard in the early stages of their career.

Who We're Looking For

  • Recent graduates or experienced professional with less than three years of work experience. with extracurricular achievement
  • Evidence of grit, discipline and competitive drive
  • Strong communication skills and confidence under pressure

  • Willingness to invest early in your career to build long-term advantage

You should be willing to come for a formal interview on 27th March, Friday at our KLCC office.

This is not for everyone. We are building a small cohort with high expectations. If you successfully complete the 6 Months residency, you will have an opportunity to become a Permanent employee of Malaysia Technology Recruitment team #1MT.
