Resident Doctor

Key Respinsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultations and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and preventive healthcare services.
• Perform minor medical procedures within the scope of primary care.
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic results to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Build long-term doctor-patient relationships and provide continuity of care.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and allied healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
• Support telehealth services, including teleconsultations, blood test reporting, and electronic prescription services (EPS).
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure smooth continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in Continuous Medical Education (CME) and contribute to service improvements.
• Support clinic initiatives that enhance patient experience, operational efficiency, and quality of care.

Requirements

✔ MBBS or an equivalent medical degree recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).

✔ Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).

✔ Experience in General Practice or Primary Care is preferred.

✔ Experience in chronic disease management is an added advantage.

✔ Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

✔ Passionate about delivering patient-centered, preventive healthcare.

✔ Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
