Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resident Engineer 132kv based in Kuala Ketil. The Resident Engineer will oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with industry standards, perform technical assessments, and coordinate engineering tasks. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to project specifications, managing site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering skills, including knowledge of high-voltage transmission systems (132kv) and construction project management
• Proficiency in reviewing technical designs, specifications, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Experience with project coordination, team collaboration, and stakeholder communications
• Understanding of safety protocols and standards in the energy and construction industries
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Professional engineering certification or licensure is a plus
• Proven track record in managing large-scale energy or infrastructure projects
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
