Job Description

• To be based on customer premise.
• Provide on-site support and operational management for network security solutions such as firewalls, VPN, IPS/IDS, and web security gateways.
• Perform daily monitoring and health checks on network security devices to ensure system availability and optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot network and security-related incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions within SLA timelines.
• Support security policy configuration, firewall rule management, and access control updates.
• Assist with firmware upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to maintain system security and compliance.
• Work closely with the client's IT/security team, internal support teams, and vendors to resolve operational issues and security alerts.
• Maintain system documentation, incident reports, and operational logs.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Preferably someone with atleast 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English speaking and writing.
• Ability to work in a client-facing environment and handle operational support tasks.
• Possess driving license and own transport.
• Good working and learning attitude.

Technologies & Skills (Experience in any of the following is preferred):

• Familiar with Endpoint Security / EDR / XDR / Anti-Virus / Email & Web Security solutions.
• Experience with security products such as CrowdStrike / SentinelOne / Defender / Trend Micro or similar technologies will be an advantage.

Candidates are not required to have experience in all technologies listed above. Applicants with experience in at least 1–2 relevant technologies are encouraged to apply.
