Site Supervision & Logistics: Oversee daily operations on-site, including task allocation and monitoring work progress. Ensure works done accordingly to Authorities inspection schedule (TNB, Lift, Carpark)
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and others.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily site reports, photo updates. Monitoring critical project logs, including RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and safety records.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Conduct spot checking to ensure work meets project specifications and adheres to OSHA or local safety standards. Carry out material checking
Qualification:
Experience: Typically requires minimum 5 years of experience in construction or project support roles.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational ability, problem-solving under pressure, and clear verbal communication to translate technical jargon for diverse teams.
Education: A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
Abilities/Aptitude: Pro-active problem solving, clear communication with all level in team, service -oriented by willing to support project manager.
