Project                       :         Menaiktaraf Jalan Dari Kg Pantai Senok Ke Simpang 3 Tawang,

                                             Bachok, Kelantan

Note: Must be Malaysian/local resident of Malaysia

Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily site construction activities.
2. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards accordance to JKR requirement.
3. Monitor contractor's work progress, quality, and workmanship.
4. Coordinate with client, consultant, contractor, and authorities on technical matters.
5. Review and verify site reports, method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions.
6. Inspect construction works and witness testing activities.
7. Identify and resolve technical and site issues.
8. Attend site meetings and prepare Slide & reports for presentation.
9. Verify measurements and support certification of work done.
10. Monitor project schedule and report delays or non-compliance.
11. Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of site activities.

Qualification

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Registered as Professional Engineer (Ir.) with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision.
4. Experience in infrastructure / roadworks / (depending on project).
5. Good knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and contract administration.
