Resident Engineer opportunity

We are seeking a Resident Engineer to join our hardware operations team in Malaysia. You will be responsible for Day 2 operations of cutting-edge enterprise hardware infrastructure including Dell PowerEdge XE servers, Dell PowerScale F710 storage, Vertiv CDU liquid cooling systems, and NVIDIA licensing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Day 2 hardware operations – patching, monitoring, performance checking, and utilization reporting
• Monitor hardware health, performance metrics, and capacity utilization
• Generate operational reports on hardware status and incidents
• Manage Control and Management Nodes
• Administer NVIDIA licensing systems
• Support East-west Network, Converged & OOB Network operations
• Manage Flash & HDD Object Storage Networks

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with enterprise hardware (servers, storage, or data center)
• Experience with Dell PowerEdge XE servers or similar enterprise hardware
• Knowledge of storage systems (PowerScale/Isilon preferred)
• Familiarity with data center cooling systems (Vertiv CDU or similar)
• Strong monitoring, patching, and reporting skills
• Malaysian citizen or valid work authorization
• Willing to work onsite in Johor, MY.
