Job Description

The role is responsible for providing ICT, ELV, project coordination, and consulting services to support the delivery of integrated communications systems for building and infrastructure projects.

This role ensures that ICT designs and project execution meet client requirements, regulatory standards, budget, and schedule commitments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage ICT, ELV system designs, specifications, drawings, and technical reports across all project stages
  • Coordinate ICT design requirements with architects, MEP engineers, clients, vendors, and contractors
  • Support project management activities including scope definition, schedules, deliverables tracking, and risk management
  • Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and test results for compliance with design intent
  • Conduct site inspections, witness testing and commissioning activities, and resolve technical issues during construction
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, technical proposals, and documentation for bidding and new project opportunities
  • Ensure ICT systems comply with local Philippine codes, authority requirements, and international standards (e.g., TIA, ISO, NFPA) and best practices of international institutes (e.g. uptime and BICSI).
  • Provide project reporting and technical support to senior management and the ICT Group Leader for local and national projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or equivalent
  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience in ICT, ELV, Telecommunications, or systems engineering projects
  • Experience in data centers, large-scale commercial buildings, or complex infrastructure projects is an advantage
  • Proven experience in ICT, ELV, and Telecommunications system design and project coordination for building or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of structured cabling, networking, WiFi, CCTV, access control, AV, and smart building systems
  • Working experience in project management, contractor coordination, and design documentation review
  • Ability to manage multiple work packages and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, architects, civil)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese proficiency is an advantage)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining high design quality and attention to detail
  • Industry certifications such as BICSI, CCNA, CWNP, ITS, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Open to work on a Fixed-Term contract
