About the role

You will lead clinical care and centre operations from day one, with a defined path into senior leadership as Malaysia's aged-care sector grows.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day medical care for residents and uphold clinical standards

• Lead and manage the care centre's operations, team and quality

• Work with nursing, caregiving and support teams to deliver safe, compassionate care

• Drive continuous improvement across clinical and operational outcomes

Requirements

• MBBS/MD

• Valid MMC registration with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)

• 2+ years clinical experience
