Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Complete tasks assigned by HQ in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with HQ and outlet staff to resolve any problems
  • Conduct training sessions on SOP, cleanliness, service standards, and quality
  • Supervise outlet staff to ensure compliance with SOP
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to outlet staff
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required by superiors

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to travel within Klang Valley
  • No experience required
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Team player
  • Willing to learn
