JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Certificate / Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
- Food Handling Certificate (required)
- Knowledge of Chinese cuisine preparation techniques
- Minimum 35 years experience in Chinese restaurant kitchen
- Experience in wok cooking, dim sum, roasting or specialty dishes preferred
- Experience in supervising kitchen staff is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of authentic Chinese cooking methods
- Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently
- Good time management & multitasking skills
- Knowledge of food costing & inventory control
- Strong leadership & teamwork attitude
- Physically fit & able to work long hours / shifts
- Maintain high hygiene & cleanliness standards
- Positive attitude & disciplined
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Design and prepare specialized non-halal cuisine requiring authentic culinary techniques and proprietary recipes.
- Oversee kitchen operations, food safety standards, and ingredient sourcing in accordance with international hygiene protocols.
- Manage menu for cost control, and quality assurance for large-scale workforce dining operations. Establish and continuously improve international fund operation frameworks, including financing fund controls, overseas payment approval workflows, and compliance mechanisms that meet both local regulatory and global audit standards.
- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese cuisine
- Ensure food quality, taste & presentation standards
- Plan menu items and create specialty dishes
- Maintain kitchen hygiene & food safety compliance
- Monitor inventory & control food cost
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
