Job Description

Oversee theday-to-day operationsof the Chinese Fine Dining Restaurant.
Lead, train, and inspire the service team to uphold5-star standardsin service delivery.
Work closely with the culinary team to ensuremenu authenticity, innovation, and seasonal promotions.
Driveguest satisfactionby anticipating preferences and delivering personalized service.
Manage restaurantP&L, budgets, and financial performanceto ensure profitability.
Develop and implementmarketing initiatives, special events, and partnershipsto enhance the restaurant's reputation.
Maintain compliance withhealth, safety, and hygiene standardsat all times.
Represent the restaurant as anambassador of culture and excellence, both internally and externally.
