Job Description
Main responsibilities
- Own end-to-end restaurant incubation across APAC (activation to early performance)
- Define, track and improve key incubation KPIs
- Identify execution gaps and implement corrective actions to accelerate vendor ramp-up
- Design and scale standardized incubation processes across markets
- Lead automation of key workflows in partnership with relevant teams
- Establish clear governance and accountability between COE and local market teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance vendor incubation and experience
- Pilot and scale high-impact initiatives to continuously improve incubation performance
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in operations, vendor management or marketplace environments (preferably food delivery or tech platforms)
- Strong experience in driving execution across multiple markets with a focus on operational scalability
- Proven track record in improving performance metrics through structured programs and process optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across regional and global teams
- Experience working with BPOs, COEs or outsourced operations is a strong advantage
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive clarity and accountability
