Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at BananaBro. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff hiring and training, and maintain high food and beverage standards. Responsibilities include monitoring customer satisfaction, optimizing workflow and processes, handling staff scheduling, enforcing hygiene and safety standards, and driving customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests
- Experience in Hiring and managing staff effectively, including training and schedule management
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and address customer needs
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to maintain quality and efficiency
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar supervisory role is preferred
