This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur for a Restaurant Manager at Marrybrown. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring product quality, implementing safety standards, managing budgets, and optimizing workflows. The Restaurant Manager is also responsible for team leadership, fostering customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with operational standards.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Hiring and team management
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with both team members and customers
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and industry standards
• Proven leadership abilities to manage and inspire a team effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus
