Responsibilities:
a) Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
b) Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
c) Responsible to maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals.
d) Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
e) Manage restaurant relationships while building towards business goals
f) Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/ application laws
g) Work with internal team to ensure we are delivering top service in all areas of the business
h) Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration promoting and marketing the branch and its product
i) Meeting with customers and resolving any problems or complaints
j) Monitoring sales targets
k) Reporting to regional manager
l) Any other ad-hoc tasks.
