The successful applicant will play an important role in looking out for the operation, management and overall performance of the restaurant. The manager will look to inspire his colleagues every day to ensure that the quality of service for which The Datai is known.
The Restaurant offers a creation of nuances and flavours that aromatise and tease the palate. We do not confine ourselves with a set cuisine but are instead inspired to cook with what is given and the talent available.elevated by the very best produce. Artfully plated dishes paired with the finest wines.

- Experience in restaurant operation in a Luxury hotel A MUST.
- Proficiency in English.
- Efficiency and punctuality with attention to detail.

What will you do
- Preferred candidate will have outstanding organizational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the guests and a proven track record in Luxury properties.
- Leading the way with a visible, hands-on presence in the outlet, delivering an exceptional, memorable experience for our guests.
- Demonstrate effective communication and ensure the team are up to date with relevant information
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation.
- To motivate, educate and develop staff on a continuous basis to achieve an overall maximum of efficiency and confidence.
- To work closely with the Chef in charge of the Kitchen on quality of food.
- Personally, verifies that guests in his outlet are receiving the best possible service available
- To be demanding and critical to service standards as well as hygiene standards
- To constantly strive to please all guests that he may come into contact with
- Ensures employees project professionalism and are well trained and provide friendly and efficient service.
- Always aware of the diet requested of certain guest and brief to all the staff and chef
