Restaurant Operation & Development Specialist (Japanese-Speaker)

-Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations while delivering outstanding customer experiences

-Support the kitchen team to ensure quality and efficiency

-Assist with inventory control, vendor negotiations, and supplier management

-Participate in the development of new menu items

-Train and lead local restaurant staff to build a strong teamwork

-Provide Japanese-local language translation/interpretation support when needed

-Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing and promotion

-Support cost control and budget management to drive sustainable operations

-Take part in local staff recruitment and hiring activities

MUST TO HAVE:

-Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or above

-Previous experience in the restaurant or related F&B industry with genuine passion for Japanese cuisine

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a Customer-Focused mindset

-Start-up mindset with a willingness to learn new skills and enjoy new challenges
