Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• To build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Promote and provide customers with clear and accurate product information - product features, pricing, after-sales services and etc.
• To achieve monthly sales targets.
• Perform and adhere to company standard operations procedures.
• Support in various aspects of sales and operational activities in the boutique with full commitment.
• Ensure the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times.
• Perform any ad-hoc task and other relevant duties when required or assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience preferably in luxury retailing, airline, or fashion industry.
• Candidates with experience in fine watches retail business will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Malay.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to retail hours and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Honest, responsible, team player and outgoing personality with a strong desire to excel in achieving targets.
• Must be well-groomed, customer-oriented, presentable, and have a pleasant personality.
