We are looking for passionate, salesdriven Retail Associates to join our luxury retail team. In this role, you will be the face of our brandscreating exceptional client experiences, building longterm customer relationships, and contributing to the store's overall success. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual targets and contributing to store results.
- Execute sales strategies and action plans set by the Management team.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, brand heritage, trends, and sales techniques.
- Deliver a memorable WOW luxury experience through personalized and attentive service.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and ensure products, displays, and fixtures meet brand standards.
- Support visual merchandising efforts to create an inviting and luxurious shopping atmosphere.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in a luxury retail (timepieces) environment is preferred, with a good sales track record.
- Fresh graduates who are passionate about luxury retail and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
- SPM/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages such as Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong appreciation for craftsmanship and heritage in luxury timepieces.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and during high-demand festive seasons.
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance, reflecting the standards of a luxury brand.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients through storytelling.
