Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Retail Banking Developer (Back-End) to support digital banking application development and enhancement. The candidate will be involved in backend development, system integration, and support for banking platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications for digital banking systems
• Perform coding, unit testing, and bug fixing using Java and Spring technologies
• Support system integration and deployment activities
• Work closely with functional, testing, and infrastructure teams
• Prepare basic technical documentation and management reports
• Participate in Agile development activities and project meetings

Requirements

• 35 years of experience in backend development
