Job Responsibility

Responsibilities

· Greet customers warmly and assist or advise them in selecting baked goods.

· Responds to customer queries with a clear understanding of product information and available promotions.

· Responsible for product packing, arranging displays, restocking, and tracking expiry dates.

· Taking order and process payments accurately.

· Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet.

· Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays

· Minimum SPM (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

· Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills

· Willing to work on shift, weekends & public holidays

· Willing to learn and able to cope with fast-paced situations

· Ability to work with team members
