Job Summary
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing planning support to ensure the timely delivery of products & services in line with business objectives. You will play a crucial role in managing, sales forecasting, and resource allocation to meet demand effectively. Your efforts will contribute to the success of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales trends and historical data to identify patterns and insights. Use this information to create accurate sales forecasts and adjust plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals. Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives, product launches, promotional events and across channels
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and measure performance against established targets. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, address challenges, and align on next steps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail operations. Experience in telecommunications industry highly desirable.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate across functions and at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of Sales Force or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, including the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
