Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product planning and execution across introduction, growth, maturity, and end-of-life stages. Develop launch plans based on product features, selling points, and competitor analysis.
Sales Management: Drive sales performance for Mobile Phone/PAD categories; conduct regular sales analysis, review summaries, and refine trading strategies.
Market Insight: Collect and analyze market, industry, and competitor information to support product positioning. Formulate hit plans, retail strategies, and monitor lifecycle sales performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and other departments to ensure successful product launches and category execution.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with strong English communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of offline category operation experience in the consumer electronics industry.
Strong analytical skills with ability to monitor and evaluate product, industry, and competitor data; capable of proposing optimization solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across departments under pressure.
