Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support tasks within their assigned area of responsibility.
- Ensure that day-to-day activities are carried out as per standard procedures.
- Track and manage inventory, sales performance, staffing levels, or specific operational tasks.
- Monitor compliance and ensure operational consistency.
- Assist in organizing activities, such as training, audits, or special projects.
- Communicate with the relevant teams to ensure smooth implementation of tasks.
- Collect, document, and report data or results related to performance or operations.
- Identify issues within the workflow and propose solutions to management.
- Provide operational support and assist team members in resolving challenges.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in any discipline
- Prior experience or knowledge in retail operations is an added advantage
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia & proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- Good computer literacy and strong attention to detail
