Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage staff scheduling and store supervision
  • Oversee all in-store activities and employee performance
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure accurate inventory management
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
  • Lead by example and motivate team members
  • Maintain store cleanliness and display standards

Job Requirements

  • Willing to work in a shopping mall/retail environment
  • Working location is not fixed and must be willing to relocate if required
  • Able to work on shift rotation (morning / afternoon / full shift)
  • Off days will be scheduled on weekdays
