Retail Marketing Exec - Retail & Consumer Brand

Location: Damansara

Salary: up to RM7000

We are currently partnering with a well-established international consumer retail brand to hire a Retail Marketing Executive to support its growing retail operations across Malaysia.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising (VM), POSM execution, outlet campaign coordination, and pricing alignment across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and coordinate retail marketing activities across all brand-owned outlets

• Ensure consistency in visual merchandising (VM) standards and in-store brand presentation

• Coordinate production, deployment, and maintenance of POSM materials across retail locations

• Monitor and align product pricing across retail stores, online platforms, and promotional channels

• Support planning and execution of outlet-level marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations

• Work closely with operations, sales, merchandising, and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution

• Conduct market and competitor checks to ensure brand competitiveness and retail excellence

• Track campaign effectiveness and provide reports and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, VM, or Outlet Marketing

• Background from retail, consumer products, FMCG, lifestyle, electronics, home appliances, beauty, or similar industries are welcome to apply

• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer experience

• Experience coordinating POSM rollout and promotional activities across multiple outlets

• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced and highly operational environment
