1. Retail Campaigns Planning & Management

Plan, coordinate, and execute retail marketing and promotional campaigns in line with brand and business objectives.

Develop, design, and execute retail event campaigns (e.g., product launches, seasonal promotions).

Ensure timely rollout of campaigns across retail outlets and dealers; monitor campaign progress.

Coordinate with marketing, sales, and field force teams to ensure effective campaign execution and implementation.

Prepare campaign post-mortem reports including evaluation of campaign effectiveness, performance metrics, ROI analysis and improvement recommendations.

2. On-Ground Events Planning & Management

Plan and manage retail events such as roadshows, exhibition, fair, in-store promotions, etc.

Supervise event rollout and in-store promotional activities, ensuring consistent execution quality across retail locations.

Coordinate event displays, logistics, scheduling, manpower allocation, etc to ensure smooth event execution.

Ensure that all activities adhere to event timeline, brand standards and operational guidelines.

Oversee on-ground execution to ensure brand consistency and customer engagement.

Evaluate event effectiveness and prepare performance analysis and ROI reports.

3. Retail Sell-Out Target Achievement

Support the achievement of sell-out (SO) targets across all product categories through effective retail campaigns, events and promotional activities.

Track sell-out performance during and after campaigns and events to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for boosting sell-out rates.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize product visibility, stock levels, and retail promotions.

Implement data-based action plans to drive continuous improvement in retail sales performance.

Position Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree holder in Retail/ Business/ Marketing or related field;

2. Experienced in retail marketing, trade marketing, or field marketing;

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin;

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Google tools (Google Sheet, Google Form, etc);

5. Strong coordination and project management skills;

6. Independent and passionate individual, used to fast-paced, dynamic environment;

7. Great interpersonal capabilities with strong communication skills;

8. Willingness to travel and work on-ground with retail and field teams.
