Assist in planning, organizing, and executing retail marketing campaigns and promotional activities across various channels, including roadshows and on-ground activations.
Coordinate and implement multi-channel marketing plans to support launches, promotions, and brand visibility.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team on campaign content, including pre- and post-event materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, aftersales, operations, finance, etc.) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Liaise with suppliers, event organizers, creative agencies, and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
Attend and support during marketing events to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.
Compile post-campaign/event reports with performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
Manage inventory of retail marketing premiums, including stock levels at branch locations.
Your Profile :
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
3–4 years of experience in marketing, events, or campaign execution is preferred.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
A valid Malaysia driving license and willingness to travel and attend weekend events when required.
