In this role, you will support the SEA4 Online and Media Team to accelerate our sales on 3PP platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and TiktokShop. You will be responsible for deploying and optimizing our on-site media and paid search (also know as sponsored solutions) investment with our key partners. Working together with Media Managers and media agencies you will improve onsite spending, build media plans and conduct A/B testing to drive sales, report on results and develop new capabilities
What You Will Achieve
- Design the annual media strategy with monthly KPI breakdowns, create, revise, and approve retail media briefs to support Media Leads, and lead monthly meetings with agencies to share insights, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns.
- Own the relationship with retail media agencies across all SEA4 markets, define the scope of work for RFP processes when required, and lead the agency set-up for retail media in all four markets.
- Contribute to growth marketing execution through in-flight optimization during campaigns, reassess media allocation if targets are not met, identify trends to amplify, and benchmark best media practices among competitors and partners.
- Act as the main point of contact with key partner marketing teams both regionally and locally, train online and key account teams on new 3PP marketing features, define A/B testing experiments, and identify new opportunities to maximize sales via new 3PP marketing solutions.
- Present 3PP marketing solution results to internal stakeholders, provide recommendations to optimize spending, and work with the media manager and key account team to build a reporting dashboard for retail media data.

What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience in the related field.
- Experience in media strategy, execution and optimization in agency or in-house environment.
- Strong marketing skills with online and in particular 3PP experience and a deep knowledge of media and how to manipulate 3pp algorithms.
- Deep working knowledge of 3PP retail media, sponsored products, Shopee myads, TTS VSA, LSA and PSA .
- Ability to derive insights from data; fluent in gleaning insights and summarizing performance in a way that can be easily digested.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Detail orientated with strong sense of work prioritization, a fast leaner.
- Proactive nature, with the ability to work across multiple brands and channels concurrently.
