We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Retail Media Operations & Productivity Executive to ensure the smooth operational performance of our in-store retail media platforms (digital screens, media players, ad-serving systems, and connectivity infrastructure).

This role is responsible for monitoring platform uptime, conducting store audits, troubleshooting operational issues, ensuring campaign delivery accuracy, and producing structured performance reports. The ideal candidate combines operational discipline with analytical reporting skills and is comfortable traveling to stores to ensure execution excellence on the ground.

The challenge is to:

  1. Retail Media Platform Operations
  • Monitor daily uptime and functionality of in-store retail media platforms.
  • Ensure digital screens, CMS systems, ad servers, and connected devices are operational and aligned with campaign schedules.
  • Identify, escalate, and coordinate resolution of technical issues with internal IT or external vendors.
  • Maintain operational checklists and compliance standards for store-level media execution.

2. Store Visits & Field Audits

  • Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc store visits to inspect media installations and performance.
  • Validate content playback accuracy and campaign compliance.
  • Document findings through structured audit reports.
  • Provide on-ground troubleshooting and coordinate immediate fixes where feasible.
  • Support new store openings and media installations when required.

3. Reporting & Productivity Tracking

  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards tracking:
  • Uptime percentage
  • Incident frequency
  • Resolution turnaround time
  • Store-level compliance rates
  • Produce weekly and monthly operational performance reports.
  • Identify recurring operational gaps and recommend productivity improvements.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to align operational performance with campaign objectives.

4. Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend process enhancements to improve platform reliability and store execution.
  • Support implementation of automation tools or SOP refinements.
  • Maintain documentation of operational procedures and best practices.

Do you have experience in Digital Marketing and related field

  • Diploma or Fresh graduate
  • Ideal to have 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, retail media, digital signage, field operations, or technical operations
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency required).
  • Experience working with CMS, ad-serving systems, or digital signage platforms is advantageous.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel to retail locations.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, commercial, and store operations teams.
