Retail Operation Executive

The Retail Operation Executive is important in ensuring retail stores operate smoothly and remain compliant. By enabling timely reporting, good execution of campaigns and strong cross-functional coordination, the role directly improves operational efficiency, staff productivity, and overall sales performance. This role provides administrative and operational support to stores.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations Support

- Assist in monitoring daily store operations and ensuring SOPs are followed

- Support store openings, closures, and operational readiness

- Help identify operational issues and escalate them to the Operations Manager

- Assist with coordination between HQ and stores

2. Staff & Scheduling Support

- Help with staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coverage coordination

- Assist in onboarding documentation for new retail staff

- Support communication between management and floor staff

3. Inventory & Stock Coordination

- Help monitor stock levels and flag low-stock or overstock situations

- Support monthly stock take and reporting

- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records (stock receiving process)

4. Reporting & Administrative Tasks

Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

- Assist in tracking sales performance vs target. Share with individual store and BA

5. Customer Experience & Brand Standards

- Assist in ensuring stores maintain CLEF's brand image and service standards

- Support implementation of service improvements

6. Projects & Ad-hoc Support

- Support operational projects such as new store openings and EXPO

- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Retail Operations Manager

Requirement:

- Diploma or Higher Education level in business

- 1 year of working experience in related field as Retail Operational. Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
