Role Description

1.    Oversees daily store operations and systems, driving brand consistency, sales velocity, and customer loyalty.

2.    Translates commercial strategies into operational success across all channels (APW, Online, Consignments, Off-site activities)

Core Responsibilities

1.    Commercial & Brand Growth: Drive revenue growth by monitoring product arrivals, sell-through rates, optimising KPIs, and controlling retail budgets.

2.    Inventory Control: Manage inventory lifecycles, oversee seasonal stock allocation and execute sales strategies.

4.    Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop retail teams.

5.    Experience Execution: Maintain premium customer service standards, manage VIP clienteling programs, and resolve high-touch customer complaints.

Qualifications

: Previous experience in the fashion or beauty industry is essential.

: Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

: Prior experience in inventory management, merchandising, or retail operations is highly desirable.
