Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for all outlets.
  • Lead store teams to achieve target by developing appropriate training program and sales incentive scheme.
  • Formulate, implement and review efficient systems/procedure to improve store productivity.
  • Optimize sales productivity by analyzing store performance and planning sales percentage (%) breakdown by staff & store on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Monitor sales to identify areas of improvement and implement action plan on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree/Higher in Retail Management/Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in Retail Industry or any related field is required for this position.
  • Retail management, selling, customer service, inventory management, merchandising, staff management & sales performance.
  • Organized, confidents, result - oriented, and enjoy the challenge of working environment in a competitive and fast paced environment.
  • Required language(s):- English, Bahasa Malaysia.
