Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring consistent execution of company standards, SOPs, and operational excellence.
- Drive sales performance by analysing retail KPIs, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing action plans to achieve business targets.
- Build high-performing teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, HR, Training, and Supply Chain to execute retail initiatives and product launches effectively.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to ensure compliance, optimise store performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in multi-store retail operations management within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, luxury retail, or premium consumer brands.
