About the Role
We areseekinga motivated and detail-orientedRetailOperationsSpecialistto oversee and support the daily operations of our retail outlets across multiple malls. This role involves coordinatinglogistics, managing staff schedules, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
Retail Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple mall retail outlets.
- Ensure stores meet standards in cleanliness,product preparation, and inventory readiness.
- Manage maintenance scheduling to upkeep tools,machinesand store.
- Conduct regular outlet visits tomonitorperformance and compliance.
Delivery & Logistics
- Plan and execute daily and weekly delivery schedules forall customers.
- Coordinate withlogisticspartners, drivers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Track stock movement,maintaindelivery documentation, and resolve logistical challenges.
Staff Scheduling & Workforce Management
- Prepare weekly and monthly staff rosters across outlets based on operational needs.
- Coordinate leave planning,manpowerallocation, and staffing adjustments.
- Support onboarding, training coordination, and performance tracking of store teams.
Business Development Support
- Assistinidentifyingnew business opportunitiesand secure new business.
- Support communication activities with customers.
- Support proposal preparation, new store setups, and expansion plans.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to enhance sales and operations.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales,manpower, and operational reports for management review.
- Analyse data toidentifyimprovement opportunities and cost efficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and mall operational requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a key liaison with mall management,customersand internal departments.
- Address operational issues promptly andmaintainstrongcustomerrelationships.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- 13 years of relevant experience in retail operations, F&B,logistics, or similar fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiencyin MS Excel and scheduling/reporting tools.
- Willingness to work retail hours and travel between mall locations whenrequired.

- Experience managing multi-outlet operations.

- Familiarity with mall operations or tenant management.
