The company also operates as an Apple Authorized Service Provider, offering certified servicing and support since 2007. Machines stores feature a full range of Apple products and related accessories, along with numerous demo units for customers to experience before purchasing. The brand is known for carrying one of the largest assortments of Apple accessories in Malaysia, providing customers with extensive choice and knowledgeable in-store guidance.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Advisor role based in Ayer Itam. The Retail Sales Advisor will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations across Apple devices and accessories. The role involves demonstrating products, explaining features and benefits, and assisting customers with comparisons and purchasing decisions. Daily tasks include handling sales transactions, maintaining store displays and demo units, managing basic stock replenishment, and ensuring a clean, organized retail environment. The Retail Sales Advisor will support customer service queries, contribute to positive customer experiences, and uphold Machines standards for service quality and brand representation.

Qualifications

  • Strong retail sales and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to listen actively, explain technical information clearly, and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience, ensuring customers feel supported and informed throughout their visit.
  • Interest in and basic knowledge of Apple products and technology; willingness to learn and stay updated on new devices and features.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ayer Itam, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as scheduled.
  • Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and integrity in handling cash and store assets.
  • Prior experience in retail, electronics, or technology sales is an advantage.
  • Minimum secondary school education; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
