Retail Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies
• Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and replenishing inventory
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash, card transactions, and process returns or exchanges
• Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and visually appealing
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
• Stay informed about new products and trends within the store
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
