Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Associate at the FitFlop outlet in Sunway Pyramid, WP Kuala Lumpur. The Retail Associate will engage with customers to deliver excellent service, enhance the overall shopping experience, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include providing product recommendations, managing inventory, maintaining the store's visual presentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

• Ability to enhance customer experience through effective communication and professionalism in addressing customer needs.
• Proficiency in inventory management and organization to maintain an efficient and well-stocked retail space.

• Previous experience in retail or service-related roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
