Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Melaka for a Salesperson at Fella Design. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Additional responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, updating displays, and following up with clients to provide tailored services. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales objectives.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to effectively engage with customers and understand their requirements.
• Sales expertise, including the ability to meet and exceed targets, negotiate deals, and handle customer inquiries.
• Knowledge of products and market trends, with the ability to learn and communicate product features and benefits.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and providing tailored recommendations.
• Flexibility to adapt to various customer needs and work in a dynamic retail environment.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or furniture/interior design is advantageous.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement; additional education or certifications in sales, marketing, or design are a plus.
