Promote products or services to customers, explain product features and benefits, and answer customer queries.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate and effective communication with customers.
Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding stock requirements, damage, or discrepancies.
Maintain records of daily sales and promotions, and submit reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant information.
Ensure customers received high-quality service and that their complaints and concerns are addressed promptly.

Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

Able to work 4-Day a week, shift rotation, 10am to 10pm
