Position 1: Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time)
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
- Assist customers with product selection and styling recommendations
- Achieve individual and store KPIs (Sales, UPT, ATV, Conversion Rate)
- Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and visual merchandising
- Handle cashiering duties and daily store operations
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of retail sales experience (preferably in footwear, fashion, or accessible luxury brands)
- Strong time management and discipline (punctuality is a must)
- Able to follow instructions from Store Manager and Management team effectively
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and growth mindset
- Must be able to speak Mandarin; fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Position 2: Store Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth execution of all retail activities
- Execute tasks and directions from Management efficiently, with clear follow-up and feedback
- Lead, coach, and train the retail team to achieve sales targets and service excellence
- Monitor and drive store KPIs (Sales, UPT, ATV, Conversion Rate)
- Ensure strong customer experience and brand standards are consistently delivered
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and warehouse coordination
- Analyze sales and inventory data, and prepare reports for Management and HQ
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Coordinate and align closely with China HQ on operations, reporting, and initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years (or above) experience as a Store Manager in retail (footwear/fashion/accessible luxury preferred)
- Strong leadership, team management, and staff training experience
- Sales-driven with strong business and operational mindset
- Experience in visual merchandising and store presentation
- Hands-on experience in inventory management and stock data analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with regional/HQ teams
- Must be able to speak Mandarin; fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
