As a Retail Retail Sales Person, you are placed at the exciting forefront of the lighting industry. You will be overseeing and leading the retail operation of Ming Lighting's flagship store in Malaysia. You will provide consultation to visiting customers and close retail sales and manage customer relationships from Ming Lighting's retail division.
From all of this, you will receive adequate training, and active mentorship and be given the opportunity to make a difference while developing your own career and gathering business acumen to succeed in this or other industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Full-time based at the showroom in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur
- Meet targeted sales objectives.
- Maintain good business relationships with new and existing customers, and develop new business opportunities.
- Explain the qualities of our products to customers.
- Handle inquiries and provide product knowledge and professional advice to customers.
- Provide pricelist, receive orders, and follow up on customer payment collection.
- Responsible for receiving payment from customers.
- Complete and manage customer invoices and quotations.
- Work closely with other relevant internal departments.
- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
- Minimum Educational Record: SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree.
- Aged below 40 years.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- Good punctuality and good personable attitude.
- Prior 1 year working/internship experience in sales(preferred).
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently & responsibly.
- Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Careful and mindful personality, willing to ask and learn.
