Retail Sales Executive - Simpang Ampat
Job Summary
Responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service at the showroom, exhibitions, roadshows, and other sales events while maintaining product displays and supporting daily showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional product consultation to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales and customer engagement.
- Promote and sell products at the showroom, exhibitions, roadshows, and other promotional events.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and follow up on customer enquiries to ensure excellent service.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while handling enquiries, feedback, and coordinating after-sales support.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organised, and products are properly displayed, while assisting with stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other sales-related activities as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma/SPM or equivalent.
Experience in retail sales is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with positive attitude.
Willing to work weekends, public holidays, exhibitions, and events.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/POS systems).
