Job Responsibility

Job Requirements

Stryv is a Singapore brand that started in 2022. It began with online e-commerce (Stryv.co) focusing and expanded quickly to Malaysia (Stryv.my) and Hong Kong (Stryv.hk). In 2024, it started its retail stores in Singapore and aims to open more outlets across Singapore and Malaysia.

We are looking for a customer-centric sales executive to support the launch of our stores in KL. The successful candidate will work closely with the store manager and retail manager to learn how to engage, demonstrate our products and sell the products. Job scopes include opening/closing stores, support in stock taking. Candidates will have the most success if they have some background in retail sales experience and are willing to work hard in retail hours to deliver sales target

Requirements And Skills

  • Proven successful experience in retail sales
  • Customer engagement skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate in English and another local language fluently
  • Able to work retail days and hours (Weekends, PH, nights)

Job Benefits

  • 10 days of AL
  • Off in lieu if required to work on Public Holidays
  • OT pay if staff is required to work above the 45 hours (Daily 9 hours) planned weekly
  • Commission for each sale done.
