Job Description

Job Responsibilities (Job Scope):

Visit assigned outlets regularly to ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability.
Replenish stocks and maintain inventory levels according to sales demand.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of display products and shelves.
Ensure promotional materials, POSM (Point of Sales Materials), and banners are displayed correctly and updated on time.
Build and maintain good relationships with store staff and management.
Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the team.
Prepare simple reports on merchandising activities, stock levels, and store feedback.
Support sales and marketing activities as required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in merchandising, sales, or related field (fresh graduates/entry level are encouraged to apply).
Must possess own transport (car) and valid driving license.
Willing to travel and work outstation when required.
Physically fit to handle product displays and stock replenishment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
