Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Senior Executive (based in Klang Valley, cover for Northern Region) . This role involves driving sales performance, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring excellent in-store experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, customer engagement, and product knowledge within the home appliances sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for home appliances through strategic selling and customer engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on features and benefits.
2. Customer Service & Experience
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and personalized recommendations.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to enhance the shopping experience.
3. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights on business performance to management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
